Apparently Nintendo of America & media fire didnt like my cover for Kid Icarus

Contact Nintendo and ask if the e-mail mentioned as contact is real.

If not contact Mediafire and tell them that you confirmed from Nintendo that the person that contacted them was fake.

I just removed them, its no big deal.  However its odd that Nintendo didnt flag more than just Kid Icarus.  Half the images on my mediafire account contain Nintendo stuff.

Maybe they just had that link.
Or more likely fake flagging.

That sucks, but at least they have a new notification system that actually tells you who filed the claim.  All I ever got was generic notifications, and emailing into support asking who filed the claims got me nowhere.

This is a real good reason I wish we could get these covers uploaded to the sites data base. We have Retail and Custom as categories. A new section should be made called... get this... "PLACE HOLDER"!!! For all those cover that aren't perfect but are printable. It would suck if companies like NINTENDO start cracking down on mediafire.

I think we should petition to make ARSEEN  a cover administrator. He's been and has been dedicated to the site for years and years. He understands the standards.

One of the requisitions is first to reach Cover Guru and to reach that you must first prove the skill to make flawless covers, and that I lack.

I basicly start to have some skill, but to improve i need better computer that does not choke every time I try to make covers.

Besides if they trusted my judgement they could give me the cover adding permission as Special Forum Admin too.

And besides if Mediafire deletes a file you can simply reupload it again.
Worst that happens is that they shut your account down, and you just make new or swirch to Box.

Actually only difference to my current status would be abilty to access upload que and approve covers.
So no extra work almost at all.
Of course I'd then would have to fix the covers instead of nagging about the flaws... but then we ran again into the crappy computer...
