Contact Nintendo and ask if the e-mail mentioned as contact is real. If not contact Mediafire and tell them that you confirmed from Nintendo that the person that contacted them was fake. |

I just removed them, its no big deal. However its odd that Nintendo didnt flag more than just Kid Icarus. Half the images on my mediafire account contain Nintendo stuff. |

That sucks, but at least they have a new notification system that actually tells you who filed the claim. All I ever got was generic notifications, and emailing into support asking who filed the claims got me nowhere. |
