Wouldn't it be easier just to have individual foam inserts for each cart type, I mean without any loose padding parts?

I mean insert for GBA would have perfect hole for GBA cart, VB one would have perfect hole for VB cart and so on.

I jusrt hate loose waste.

I understand your point and thought of that during the design phase. There are no loose foam pieces. The foam sits on adhesive so once you remove the pieces you need to in order to fit the game desired you "stick" it in the case and you are done. No loose foam. And almost every cart that can fit, fits snug.

Once i have production pieces i will send a free sample to anyone that wants one.

By loose I meant forexample you use the foam insert for VB, thus you end up with all the unnecessary pieces.
And as practical (read cheapskate) I store them somewhere instaed of throwing them away... You get the point.
I know they are semi-waste at this point but... :D

Ok, i see. Problem is cost. It costs about $200 to make a die for each type of cart. Doing it this way makes only a single die. Plus i only need to buy one product so cost per piece is lower as well. Each little piece has its own adhesive so you can always cut and use them in other cases (like 3DS cases to hold GBA carts in place)
