Ok, so here is the "final" design for the foam. I would like some input before i order just to make sure i didn't forget something. Also, if anyone wants to order any please PM me so i make sure i purchase enough.

Here are the specs of the foam.

5.5" L x 5.25" W x 0.25" D
The middle cutout is a total size of 4" L x 2 3/4" W

(Closer look at individual cut-outs)

By removing the far left or far right foam you can fit Virtual Boy Games

By removing all of the center foam pieces you can fit HuCards (with the sleeve - Thanks Mr Onion)

By removing two middle pieces, you can fit Atari Lynx

By removing the three middle pieces, you can fit Sega Game Gear

By removing two of the three middle pieces, you can fit Neo Geo Pocket Color

By removing 2 of the three middle pieces you can fit Game Boy and Game Boy Color

By removing 1 of the three middle pieces you can fit Game Boy Advance

Since all of the little middle foam pieces have their own adhesive you can re-arrange them any way you want to fit a wide variety of cartridges.

I would like to know if anyone would like to order any of this foam. I am ordering enough for my needs but will get more if there is a need. I am thinking that i can do $0.60 per piece in lots of at least 10.

I have decided to drop the manual pouch from the design. They take away from the professionalism of the case. I am thinking of not doing anything for the manual (as they will sit flat on top of the cart since the foam is in place) or trying to find some clips i can glue to the left side. Ideas?
