To handle fold lines I generally go over it in photoshop with a fine tooth comb and blend/touch up the area using the surroundings to generate the right color. This process is tedious, but since I am really new to this it's the only way i know how to do it. That said, I'm also not very picky, and since I'm going to print this and fold it anyway, I won't kill myself with this one
