Anyplace sell empty replacement NES/SNES carts?

Does anyone know of any sites where they sell empty SNES or NES carts? Looking to replace a few broken ones and the only option I have found is to buy crap games, gut them, and then replace with the desired game. While I don't hate this, I'd love it if there was a site that sold these things ready to go.
To piggy back on that, is there a store or site that sells replacement PS2 or Gamecube cases? I know I can just use a DVD case or (again) buy a cheap game and just replace it, but I have a handful of each to case and buying in bulk would be so much easier.

You can find reacement PS2 cases on Amazon, eBay, and like the like (dark blue with memory card slot). Nobody ever made aftermarket GCN cases that I've ever seen.
I've never seen anyone selling replacement cart shells either :/

I really like that site N64guy posted, and they have some nice looking replacement shells for SNES.
Question - has anyone ever purchased these? They say "no tools needed to open case" and that makes me a little hesitant. mostly because the games i am looking to recase are Chrono Trigger, Mario RPG and Mega Man X3...I just want to make sure that the new shells are good quality.

I could buy some SNES Replacement blank shell. But, I need a Gamebit screwdriver. If I get a gamebit screwdriver and SNES replacement blank shell, I could fix my Super Mario Kart cartridge.
