N64 Snowboard Kids 2 HELP ???

Pages: << < (2/3) > >>

FFXIK:

Hmmm.  I have the same problem with Turok 2.  Since it's not battery backup, it's uses a memory card, correct?  (I haven't ever played it so....)   Your card is corrupted.  Hold start while powering on the N64 to access the memory manager and try to repair.  I managed to get mine to work after some attempts.  However I wouldn't bet on it being a permanent fix.

JDavis:

I've also had memory paks on the 64 claim to be corrupt simply because of a bad connection to the controller. Try taking some air duster to both the pak and the controller before formatting the thing and potentially erasing your save for no reason.

N64 memory carts SUUUUUUUCK!

I was just talking about this with shoothimnow earlier today.  Such a PITA.  I just leave a memory card in each of my 6 controllers just so I don't have to dick around with them every time I want to use one :/

JDavis:

The worst thing is, you can't even copy or transfer files without a Gameshark ::)

wiggy:

Grab a Dex drive.  They're dirt cheap as I recall ;)
