Anybody have Mega Man Legends 2 jewel case?

Does anyone have RAWs or scans of Mega Man Legends 2 for ps1?  Or does someone have jewel case inserts for this game already made?
Specifically, i am looking to make my own jewel case insert for the game, not a DVD case or any other type.  I recently got this game but it was disk only.  And buying replacement inserts on ebay is like $40, which i don't really care to spend since I got the game for a mere fifty cents.

Anything would be appreciated, and I am not really picky so long as it's a jewel case insert or the actual scans of the case.

Hey man, you asked me like 2 weeks ago for this and I forgot.  I'm really sorry. I will scan it tonight.

Scanned at 600 dpi.  If it sucks, let me know and I'll rescan.  I left it set up on the scanner just in case.
