I remember working at blockbuster back in the heyday of the N64 and PSX, and my manager wanted to start renting gameshark and game genie, even though they were unlicensed. So he ordered a bunch. But they wouldn't fit in the UGC's that we used which were blue, but similar to the black ones above so he basically decided not to. So we had about 5 or 6 gamesharks sitting around the office for each system. After a while he just threw them out - to which I immediately grabbed them and ended up selling for like $10 a pop, which in 1999 was pretty damn good. Company policy was just "toss it" if we can't rent it, and for whatever reason they didn't want to sell it. I still remember grabbing Brigandine and Tactics Ogre from the trash because a customer complained they wouldn't work. When in actuality they worked just fine, the guy was just an idiot. Good times.
