--- Quote from: UncleBob on May 28, 2014, 06:39:08 PM ---Here's one I'd like to know. A few select Game Boy titles with Super Game Boy enhancements allow for multi-player when used on the Super Game Boy. Games that come to mind are Killer Instinct, one of the Street Fighter and Bomberman/Wario Blast - which features four players when using the SNES 4-Player adapter. (oh, do the 4-player adapters work with this? I guess the NES one won't.. although I suppose you could probably rig something up using NES extension cables...) --- End quote --- I'd like to know this as well, seeing as I wasn't aware of this until you just posted it. :P From what I understand you can do 4-player games by assigning to each controller. So you can play 4-player NES games with 2 NES controllers plus 2 SNES, Genesis or RetroN5 controllers. I don't know if the actual multitap adapters work though, so you could use 4 or more of the same controller. I hope so. |

Man, I can't wait to get my RetroN 5. I just got an email with an expected delivery dates of June 12-14 from Amazon. I've been buying up SNES and GBA games like crazy over the last few weeks to get some more games in my library before prices go even higher. I'm so ready to have that pixilated goodness all over my big screen. |

I just don't get it. If people are not using any of the filtering, or the crappy controllers, why do they even need a Retron? All it would be doing is freeing up some clutter if they (ick) get rid of systems. Are most people wanting it just for the hdmi out? |

There is no other way to use original carts and controllers and get the picture quality that the RetroN 5 displays on my giant HDTV. You can see every little pixel, and it looks glorious. What's wrong with that? |
