Supposedly they are sticking to their April release date (we'll see), and now they are dropping hints about something N64-related at E3 (portable N64 would be amazing), looking into older consoles like Atari 2600 and C64, making controllers and accessories for Oculus Rift, and they are working on a DOS console(?). It also sounds like they want the system to work with homebrew games as well as retail carts.
I've looked at some recent previews of the system since they redesigned it to allow the Power Base Converter, and for $100 or less, I'll go for it. If it ever comes out... ::)

I've been itching to get my hands on one for a while now ever since I preordered it on amazon back in november. hopefully there is not another delay cause april is just around the corner.
