So your saying that since it's a DD you won't buy it????  I mean I dont like DD if the hard copy is available but if DD is my only option then i am all over it.

Ya that's pretty much what I am saying.
And yes I do actually pass up great games just because I can't hold a hard copy in my hands. That doesn't mean I won't buy digital content, just way less likely to.
I'm higly against not having a second or third hand market by purchasing digital content.
But all in all, I will most likely buy this since it was one of my favorite NES games growing up.

anything you download off of psn/xbla, you don't own any of it. they're constantly testing the limits of consumer laws and inserting ridiculous stuff like no-lawsuit clauses into the eula. you can still sue, and you can still nag them for a refund, but they'll try their hardest to make their own rules. having a collection of games completely at the mercy of one of these companies doesn't sit right with me, you gotta treat these services like a rental service and nothing more.

These 2 comments are what I think too.

MedaForce:

Got to play it at PAXEast. They only had the Transylvania level playable, it is a beautiful looking game and plays exactly like the NES version.
The only issue I really had was the voice acting felt a little flat and didn't have the same level of energy as the show, but then again the guy is 94 years old. :p

Blumpkin:

I saw the demo at PAX East. The game is looking pretty damn good. The graphics really make it look like the cartoon come to life. And as of this moment I'm framing the poster that I got for it at the show too.
