I see a lot of PS1 covers are made for the 8 disk polycase.  I have googled this a lot of times and each time find different results as to what these actually are.  Could someone post a link or a picture to show what these actually look like?  I have ONE game that I do not have a jewel case for (D, in case you were curious) and would like my collection to look as uniform as possible.
I live in the US, if that makes a difference.

Thanks in advance!

Those cases aren't very good in my opinion.  Those sleeves will scratch your games to heck.  If you like your games not scratched go for the four disc poly or the DVD size.

Also there is a none sleeve 8 disc version of the poly that you can order.  I just cant remember where. Since i dont need that many disc spots I never ordered any.

None the less, I vaguely remember wiggy using it or mentioning something about it.  So you might check with him.

I have not personally experienced this problem.  None of my games have gotten scratched because of the case. The sleeves do get a little tight when you actually pack 8discs in there. Its just fine if you have 4 discs or less.

I love the cases and will continue to use them myself.  :)

Thanks for all the help!  I'm torn as to which way to go.  Honestly, I have just one game that I need case (D), all the others are pretty much complete, save for one or two missing a manual.  I fell in love with the polydisk design though, so now I am at an impasse...do I continue to hunt down a case for my ONE game, or do I convert all my games to the poly disk format?

My only hesitation is that I have about 100 PS1 games, and only about 30 or so have poly disk covers.  I can try to create my own, but because I use photoshop elements, and not photoshop itself, I cannot unpack the template.
And while I could just convert some and not others, I hate when my collection is not uniform.  Hence why I keep my longbox PS1 games in a different place.
I have some pondering to do.
Again, thanks for turning me on to this format!

I'm with you bro... One bad experience was enough for me... Sussing out other options at the moment

I just tried to place Final Fantasy 8 in one of the 4 disc poly cases i have here.  My goal was to see if the manual would fit in with the 4 disc game. The answer is yes. but I cant recommend it as the lock clamps press pretty hard into it.  Over time it might cause ware on the manual. and the case bulges abit.

Anything 3 disc or less no problems.  In the case of a 3 disc game I would snap the cd lock clamps  out of the front So that the manual would lay flat. 2 disc game just remove the insert and you would be good to go.

I like that I can place the 4 disc poly cases next to jewel cases and they dont stand out too bad.  and anothor thing if you do have original art inserts you can still use them.

However honestly I perfer the Jewel cases for ps1 games, what can I say, I just like the original.

But I do love these 4 disc polys for my Pc games.  I had so many pc games that where in those stupid white sleeves.
