It's unfortunate that you have to select an option to not receive your item broken. If the standard packaging isn't enough to protect them, it really shouldn't be used.

No, you're fine up there. It's a lousy business practice. Any halfway decent company would replace or refund merchandise that arrives damaged, and it shouldn't be a premium option. But we usually just shrug it off because they're so darned cheap anyway. Hey, maybe we really should start a class action lawsuit!

Agreed 100%.  Especially since the price of UGCs just went up like 30%+. 

they offered me a small credit at one point, but it was never applied to subsequent orders :(
