No, you're fine up there. It's a lousy business practice. Any halfway decent company would replace or refund merchandise that arrives damaged, and it shouldn't be a premium option. But we usually just shrug it off because they're so darned cheap anyway. Hey, maybe we really should start a class action lawsuit! |

Agreed 100%. Especially since the price of UGCs just went up like 30%+. they offered me a small credit at one point, but it was never applied to subsequent orders :( |
