New Universal Game Cases

Hey everyone, not sure if anyone has asked this yet but has anyone bought UGCs since they went up in price? I know that they changed the size of them slightly but is it actually noticeable at all and about how much of a difference do the size of the covers need to be? I finally finished filling up two entire sleeves of cases and now I need to order some more.

Well maybe I worded that wrong. I know that the covers don't fit as well and need to be trimmed so I was presuming that the size changed. Sorry

Oh, that was something that happened a while back.  I think the sleeve placement just got re-kajiggered a bit, not the dimensions of th eUGCs themselves.  They've been like that since I've been suing them.

I just got a box of 100 last week and they look the same to me. I might add it looks like they did a better job in packing because I had less broken this time than previous.

I was really excited when i first heard of UGCs, but the more I've read about them, the less impressed I've become. Changing sleeve dimensions, many reports of people getting broken cases...it just doesn't sit well with me. I've been looking into the 12-disc poly boxes, but haven't decided yet.

With the dimension changes you just print at 98.5% and it fits perfectly. All of mine have that dimension size and they work great.

Also they have the option of the additional carton now. They won't arrive broken.

Anyone heard from Seymor?  Last I heard the Kickstarter (or whatever he was going to use) was supposed to go up on 2/11 at the latest.  I have held off modifying any more UGCs because I thought the project was on track.
