I've had some trouble seeing if anybody could help me, and I've tried to do this on my own, so I'm posting it again in hopes of getting new attention to the topic.  Can somebody make a cover for Spider-man:  Edge of Time that has a standard white spine with the game title rather than the weird blue spine that looks out of place among my Wii games?  I have my scans below, though they may need some slight darkening (just do a quick google search for the cover and you should see plenty of the front art with the correct color scheme).  Thanks so much and I hope somebody has time to help me out!

Bumping this.  I'm confused as to how people were so helpful in the past to put together much harder things than this but now aren't willing to make a quick cover from my scan and change it to get rid of a background.  I just don't have the tools to do it myself.  I have been sending people to your site and have even gotten some of your newer contributors.  I guess I'll ask him if nobody else is willing to help me.  Thanks in advance guys, you're a great site and I hope to continue sending people your way!  (I deal in the universal video game case market.)

You only requested it a few days ago - give people a chance!  Its not like we get paid for doing stuff here - it's a hobby.

Haha, I actually requested it about a month and a half ago but made a new topic.  Thanks for looking though, I'll find a way to repay you guys for helping me!  I could give a full list of the my games for which I could get any scans desired.  Think the quality of my scan of this is good enough for others?

i was working on it, and got a dreaded windows blue screen.  The scan is usable, but not the best.  Quite alot of dust/artifacts on either the original cover, or your scanner bed.  Colours also seem a bit dull, but i can fix the levels in photoshop.  It's a bloody big file!  ;D

I'm out tonight, but if nobody else picks it up i'll try and do it tomorrow....depending on how bad my hangover is.

Haha thanks!  It's my roommate's scanner, so it's likely that it's just old and not great.  I appreciate you working on it though, and if my scans are all we can get, I may upload a few if needed.

Well - that turned out to be anything BUT a quick change

Replaced the front from 2 seperate images that had to be joined.

Had to modify the template to get the 'retail look'

Retyped all back legals.

Haven't actually done much to the rear scan as it's heavily moired and it was just looking shit when i messed with it.

But for what its worth, it's in my box.net

I think that looks really good!  Sorry my scan wasn't good enough to make the job as easy as I thought it was, I'll refrain from doing my own scans in the future until I get a scanner myself haha.  Thanks for the outstanding job sheep, I really really appreciate it!  Hopefully I'll find some sort of way to repay you some time.

Don't give up on scanning.  Just make sure the scanner bed is free of dust before you start,  and make sure you select 'descreen' frOm your scanner options.  Don't use ant colour correction.

Might just take a few practice scans to get your software configured the best way for covers.

Gotcha!  Ok, I'll check all that out next time, and I'll have to post my list of things I can scan later.
