Thanks for the reply Dr. Agon! Sorry it took me so long to respond. I compared mine to the chart you posted, and it is indeed a JAMMA harness. I recently ordered the 19-in-1 Williams/Nintendo board from JammaBoards.com and it booted up perfectly. Now I have a new set of problems though. Hoping maybe you or someone else can point me in the right direction on this one too since I'm basically learning this as I go.
I booted up the game for the first time the other day. The sound and picture worked great, but none of the buttons (Player 1 or Player 2) worked, nor did the single Player 2 joystick. (Haven't ordered the replacement for P1 yet...trying to take things one step at a time). I shut it off and looked around on the inside to see if I could see any frayed wiring or anything and noticed the Test/Service buttons had a loose ground wire.

Once I connected the ground back, the P2 side now seems to be working flawlessly. Unfortunately, the P1 side is still completely out.
Edit: Just came up from the basement and I believe I have the problem solved. I used my mult-meter to check for continuity between all the ground wires throughout the Player 1 side and they all read fine. Traced it back further and realized the black ground wire leading to the harness was completely missing. Boy, do I feel dumb haha.

There was a small bit of it left where it had broken a long time ago I guess. I'm fairly certain once I get a new ground wire and wire it up, the P1 side should kick right back into play.
