Problem with this is you can already do it with a ps3 so its not new.

Nothing that was revealed made me want the system. At least not right at launch. My ps2 collection is large. PS3...not so much. Playstation for me has become a First party machine. Unless they have some Bad Ass Awesome games coming to the PS4 Exclusively....I won't bother for a while

Not exactly. You can do this with a handful of games but it is very limited. Even with a hacked ps3 there aren't a whole lot of games you can stream. The plan is with the PS4 is to have ALL games streamable. Pretty cool feature but I have a WiiU ...

Well - seeing as i am complelled to buy every new console, I WILL be getting one.  Just hope it doesn't gather as much dust as my 360, 3DS, Vita and WiiU.

I love the PS3 - and have invested heavily in it (Both retail and PSN) - I am pissed that the PS4 isn't backwards compatible - I don't buy the BS they are saying about the different architecture making it difficult.  It's such a powerhouse, it could definitely run emulated PS1/2 games without any problems - they just want to force you into buying new games for the new system.  Understandable as that's where they make their cash, but still annoying.  I would also shell out on an optional add on that made it backwards compatible if they made that available - but that will never happen.

Also, the PS3 pad is in my opinion the best pad I have ever used, so I hope they haven't messed around with it too much.
