There are two versions of this cover, one for the REV-A that doesn't show the black-gray gradient and another with just black background.

Sweet, didn't know we had a cover for the non-Mike Tyson Punch Out!!  Would have thought it would be listed by itself.  Well, one more off the list!

Actually I had forgotten that too, only remembered Mike Tyson's Punch Out and I assumed that Cloisonne hadn't figured to look Punch Outs under M.
Then noticed that we had the both so I linked the first on list.
