Hmm... I kind of thought this one would be on here

I bought a used copy off of eBay and the insert was water damaged. I told the seller and they sent me another one, but it wasn't in top shape either. If anyone is feeling up to the task, I'd appreciate a retail cover or at least a high res scan.
