I was the same with the tomb raider games too. |

I was the same with the tomb raider games too. --- End quote --- If you start with the first one I can see that. I wasn't a massive fan of the first game until about halfway through. Uncharted 2 however starts off awesome and keeps it that way the entire time. If you are looking to get into the series, I find that to be the best example of what the series has to offer with no need of backstory on the first game really. |

Have to agree, Uncharted 1 was good but 2 hit the spot. If it were not for 2 I probably would have labled the series into the category of meh. Same goes for Mass Effect, the first one had a great idea just poor execution, now Mass Effect 2, one of the best games I ever played. |

I always felt 1 was superior to 2 because it had a more strategic combat. Two was more Gears like a series I couldn't get into. I played Gears one and finished it but never had the urge to play part 2. |
