Anyone know of a good place to get covers printed since I unfortunately do have a laser printer or the correct type of paper.

the problem is some places like kinko's and staples or office max might refuse to print them because they have copyrighted images but its different on a store to store basis , ive also heard different results from people who have gottten them to print covers

I'm considering printing them myself but I first would need to get some UGC's but I don't want to buy a really big supply of them. also I am unsure if my printer can get a good quaility since its a HP Deskjet F2180

Also what is the best paper (link to some) for printing it.

^^^  I use this stuff.  RedRiver 50lb Premium Matte Double Sided.

In my opinion, it's excellent paper.  Yes, there's probably better stuff out there if you had the money to spend on it, but this is not too expensive and so long as you set your printer setting correctly, comes out fantastic.  I'm using a off-the-shelf Kodak all in one (printer, scanner, fax) inkjet with plain old Kodak ink and it puts out great prints.  I've tried several other paper types and nothing works as well as this stuff.  I'd highly recommend it.

i would say try your printer out first on some non-premium paper, if it looks good on that it'll probably look great on premium paper,
remember you've gotta walk before you can run!
