Anyone else get screwed by Digital River/Namco? (Ni no Kuni)

Cool. I just checked my spam filter today and saw they are shipping those strategy guides out next week. Hopefully they don't mess that up.

Did you actually get that? I have yet to get mine. So I thought I would ask.

Yeah, but it was in pretty rough shape. It was dinged up, which messed up the binding. I tried getting it replaced, but Namco's customer service is ridiculously bad. Nothing like trying to win back your customers by pissing them off more. :-\
Good luck dealing with them.
