When I ve used it in the past I didnt pay return shipping.

of course its been a while back.

I fixed the rf connector it had a crack in the solder.  Now if I could figure out whats making the colors all goofed up I wouldnt need to send it back.

Are you playing this on an HDTV without using a sophisticated upscaler like the DVDO EDGE?  That may be your issue - a horribly stretched image.

Image not stretched camera just sucks (cell camera).  I was trying to zoom on the car

the color palette is goofed. Red and pink are showing as black.

In other games white shows as black, and blue shows as black sometimes

I tried it on an old tv as well with same issue.

could be a broken pin on the AV cable. Try a new cable. Then again, it could be a broken pin on the system.

You only have a limited time to dispute ebay claims.  I would return it.

the lady did a partial refund so I could keep the controllers and light gun plus all of the hook ups. I guess thats worth 30 bucks.   :-\

Tried with two AV cables, mulitiple types of rf including nes cable.   I give up.  I think this is thing is ready for the trash can.

Ive read that if a capacitor goes bad the thing just wont come on.  However i cant find much info on replacing the capacitors.

I might swap the case out with one that works but has a beat up case.  But regard less it looks like a return to ebay in search of another master system, but with the controllers and hook ups. I shouldn't have to pay so much.

I had a thought on something,  since the solder cracked in the rf box. maybe some solder bits are stuck where there not suppose to be. would that cause something like this.  Does anyone know how to disassemble the RF box.  It seems stuck to the main board pretty tight.

Ive been cleaning house and getting rid of some of the clutter, and I still have this broken Master System, if any one wants to play around with it.   Just let me know and I can ship it to you.

Sure! I can probably fix it.
