Found a copy of Mario Kart 64 priced for $2.00. Ended up paying $1.00 for it. Label was in decent shape and after taking a magic eraser to it, looks almost new. --- End quote --- The fact that you haggled a game that was a steal at 2$ to 1$ at a CHURCH sale.... I bow to you sir. lol --- End quote --- Probably not a whole lot of haggling, I do it all the time at garage sales. I see a sticker and say "would you take $1 for this?" And then I get it. 8) --- End quote --- Oh, I was just joking about the situation, as 2$ I wouldnt have even bothered to haggle, but I guess I am a baller like that, spending extra washingtons on a whim. That and it was lulz it was a church event, reminds me of those people that make change when they pass out the offering plates etc. --- End quote --- Just to clarify, the event was at a church community center, it was NOT raising money for a charity...the 'vendors' each paid money to get a spot to sell their wares. Besides that, it is almost reflex to offer a lower amount when I'm at a flea market or garage sale. I mean, come on, who wants to pay the asking price? Funny thing is, 99% of the time, they will take the lower offer. That's the trick with these things, the people desperately want to get rid of this stuff....the rest usually ends up donated to a thrift shop at the end. Also, to be fair, I would have gladly paid the $2.00. |

I completely agree and trust me I understand the must of haggling a price. I was simply joking about the situation as the context was entertaining ;) |

Kirby Super Star Secret of Mana Final Fantasy III Super Bomberman 2 The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past All for a little over $100 on eBay. More than I like to spend but much cheaper than trying to hunt them all down seperate |
