Yay. You can always resell the dupes in your collection. Plus the top loader had way better RF output quality.

picked up this today;

under defeat hd

gears of war 3
lollipop chainsaw
dead island

thanks to a late 'christmas bonus'

You sir are now my favorite member!! Show that Shmup love.  I had mine pre-orderd like a year befor release.  Its fun but I still prefer the Dreamcast version, although that my just be because I love the Dreamcast.

Anyway another day another Shmup in the mail.  Not nearly as pricy as the PS2 games I posted on Tuesday but I got this off the Shmup forums again for 20$

Hell yes!

There's actually a lot of value in common low value games.

As long as you have a console to go with them you can usually unload a console with a bunch of cheap games for good chunk of $$.

I recently acquired a large lot of 4 consoles and about 200 games and am slowly selling them off in bundles.

Picked up an SNES console for $9.99 at Savers today.  Came with AV & power cords, but no controller.

I've always been a Genesis collector, so I don't even have a cartridge or controller to test the system.  The light comes on when I power it up, so that's a good sign.

Guess I'll have to buy a few games & a controller for it now - I don't want to have a console in my collection that I can't play.

Not to dash your hopes, but just because the light comes on, doesnt mean it will work.
I've had many that does that but doesn't work.
But in all goodness, I hope it does work for ya!   ;)

I'd buy it swap anything out from my collection if anything in the lot is in better condition that what I've got in my collection then resell and use profit to buy more games

A guy at the store said it did work, so I'm keeping my hopes up.  Savers is like a Goodwill store - all sales are final.  Oh well, it's only $10 anyway.  Even if it's broken, I could probably get $10 for it on Ebay selling it for parts.

Pretty much, that and it comes with a ton of manuals which I dont bother collecting so it helps with the re-sell value

Just debating whether should bundle with system of do system and games separate. Last time I ebayed a top loader and games  I did 1 with and 1 without and far different prices it sold for.

    • Retro Punch!!

My pickups at gamestop, which have a buy one, get one 50% off.
Punchout $18 (It's in perfect shape and the main game I wanted for Wii for years, and finally got the Wii, so had to get it  ;D )
Kirby Epic Yarn $6
Metroid 3 $4
Nights $1  ::) ( I believe this is a sequel to the original Nights into Dreams.  Hey, for a buck, can't complain)

This is Chubby; He hates Game Case Sellers who steal our artwork to profit their lazy kingdoms.

But he sure loves his Shaq Fu!
