We were discussing it in the Craigslist Wishlist thread so I looked around  and found these:

http://www.neostore.com/Shock-Box-storage-case-black-p/1096.htm

They are expensive at $9 a case but they do have the ability to have inserts done  and make that MVS collection all of us are starting, have or wish we were doing ever or, look good. Considering the investment an MVS library is I don't really mind the extra $9 per game to get them cased and covered.

They have their flaws. The biggest one being the size of them, completely unnecessary for the size of the cart they hold. A more space conscious solution is the NeoMini boxes.

NeoMinis: http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthread.php?224851-NEO-GEO-neominibox-for-MVS-(and-AES...)&highlight=neomini

Additionally, the guy who made the Omega CMVS is considering producing snap lock style cases for MVS carts in the next year or two.

only $8 from southtown;

http://southtown-homebrew.com/index.php?cPath=170&osCsid=7c3f5e0d3822c5269b881585d5afa8ac

i agree they do have a little too much space for MVS carts, and i cant imagine what Atomiswave carts look like in them, but PGM carts are slightly wider than MVS so they need the extra height, and some crazy people who buy cave shoot-em-ups have fitted the boards in them, so the size is a good thing, makes them more versitile.

i've already got a small stock of them for MVS, so im sticking with them, but if the "Omega Shocks" look good and cost less, and get made, i may go for them...

He's doing an alternate style MVS cart shell first, so it'll be awhile.

That's what I would think as well. Those OMEGA cases are nice, but I do like the Red cases as it matches the MVS machines. Call me particular.

Why wouldn't they fit? The new style MVS shells are the same dimensions as the old ones, they just have a moulded area for applying a front facing label.

For those that want an aesthetically pleasing alternative to scuffed up, utilitarian looking MVS carts? It's obviously aimed at CMVS users, not those that own a cab.

Consolized MVS is SOOOOO next on my list of things to get/make.  The best part?  I can write it off as a business expense since I'll be using it to model up the custom case for it and sort out how I want to modify them for home use ;D  In fact, I can write off a LOT of my game purchases this year for that very reason ;D ;D

I wish I had your problem with that.

I plan on grabbing the analogue interactive consolized MVS eventually, but $700 is a bunch of cash I need to be spending on paying back student loans right now.

I really love their work.  I may have to pick on up at some point in the future (when I'm rolling in cash, which prolly won't happen).
