Since they were sized to fit I put them on case and kinda pushed paper down and then the edge up to it met end of plastic edge. This sounds crazy but due to random crap on desk I found that 2 virtual boy games (no cap for cart end) fit perfectly inside a jewel case end on end. I threw two down and pushed along the seams lol. Suppose a credit card etc would work well enough .
I found this works better than trying fo pre fold them and it prevents nasty creases as these are not perforated like the originals

VERY lightly scoring with a craft knife (i mean with virtually no downwards pressure), or along the edge of a metal ruler usually does the trick
