I got the flu first time on the 11th, it was viral so antibiotics would have not helped, but it was not that bad.
I took 3 days off and had week off anyway, so nothing lost as we can take 3 days sickdays with full pay without doctor's note.
So at the end of my week off on saturday I felt fine already, so I went to work on monday.
Monday and tuesday went fine, but on wednesday the flu came back with vemgeance.
This time it was bacterial and became full blown pneumonia, so I started antibiotics.
The first one did not work so I got stronger ones.
My mother (doctor) told me that the stronger antibiotics has side effect of causing terrible night mares.
Well so far only dream was that I sold blue flowers to Russians.
Other side effect has been that I have not slept since Wednesday evening.
And I haven't eaten anything since Tuesday (last warm meal was on Monday).
As a RPN I know it's very important to drink plenty, but even that is hard, because I'm simply not thirsty.
