Lol I noticed the news a few days ago since I have xseed and project rainfall showin updates on my fb newsfeed.  I never expected that game to be localized especially this late in the game.  But I'm thrilled nonetheless.  Xseed really surprised me and I'll be preordering soon.

I just wonder if they'll do a special edition type thing like they did with last story

They didn't. The localization already exists, since the game came out in PAL regions in April last year.

Well localized in the US.  The pal version doesn't count since it'd have to be imported and the person would need to have their wii hacked to play the out of region game.  While I'm sure a few people actually imported the game, I doubt it was very many.

By localization I mean translation and dubbing, which already exists. You'll get the British dub just like you did with Xenoblade and the Last Story (which BTW was great for both games).

Ah ok lol, that's just fine with me.  Speaking of which, I have to thank you Europeans for doing all the hardwork since I know that Nintendo here in the US would never have done it :/

Just found out about this last week. Definetly picking this one up. Went to preorder it last week but they werent accepting them yet. Looks like Ill have to check next time Im at the mall!

Yea I went to my EBgames today and they looked at me like a I was stupid and said its not on their list. So I check Amazon.ca and its not on their either.

But when I was searching to preorder in Canada, you can preorder it from EBgames website. Which makes me wonder why they didn't see that in the store I went too.

So I would call them before you go just in case.

I walked into Gamestop today to pick Ni no Kuni and of course they always ask if I want to pre order something.  I'm kinda glad they did because I had completely forgotten about it lol.  I was able to preorder it just fine and also put in a preorder for The Last of Us special edition.

Unfortunately though it doesn't seem like XSeed is gonna do any sort of special edition from what I read...at most they might just do a reversible cover and some artwork in the manual.  Either way though for 40 bucks I couldn't ask for more.
