I don't know are the other dimensions/universes, but I think altough our universe is limitless there is limit to how far matter has spread.
By this I mean that there is though that as our universe is endless, due to the there being limit how many different ways you can arrange atoms in endless universe the has to be endless copies of us ...

If there are diffenrent universes and dimensions, and our universe is endless in true sense (as in also the matter has spread endlessly), then still... maybe. :D
