Hey all, anyone got the dimensions of these inserts? Need the exact size as well as the spine width.

yep,

width 231mm or 23.1cm or 9 1/16"
height 121mm or 12.1cm or 4 12/16" 
spine width 21.5mm or 2.15cm or 13.5/16"

I've been designing these actually. I have about 20 done. I bought the cases from ebay.
