Wii Nunchuk Box Scan

Does anyone happen to have a box for a Wii Nunchuk they could scan? I just got my Gold Nunchuk from Club Nintendo and I want to make an over sleeve for the white box it came in. I have all the images of the Gold Nunchuk I need, I just need scans of the box to use as a template.

Any help would be awesome, thanks!
