Just make sure you dont build in an area with flooding probblems and make sure you put a french drain and sub pump around the foundation just in case |

True it's only 2 meters above lake but, but if the lake or the bond flood, the flood is still going away from our house. Global warming is not issue either as we are about 300 meters above sea level. Only possibilyty of flooding is sea rise of over 300 meters, which we know is impossible. |
