It has been confirmed by Master Howard that he doesn't have one but he played it back on the days when he worked for Nintendo. The box I recreated was made with hi-res scans of a vidpro card (thanks Lost Levels! http://www.flickr.com/photos/lostlevels/7000797439/sizes/l/in/set-72157622937313542/ & http://www.flickr.com/photos/lostlevels/6854677968/sizes/l/in/set-72157622937313542/ ) and later on I passed the design to UncleTusk.
Hopefully the ROM surfaces some day.what happened to UncleTusk, I think he used to be member here...
Oh how many covers I'd like scanned to update our current covers or to make new ones...
