Cart Info Request: ColecoVision & IntelliVision/IntelliVoice

I currently own only two ColecoVision Carts:

I don't have any ColecoVision Game Manuals yet.

I currently own only 2 Intelli Carts:

Game Name    Cart Size   Manual Size
Bomb Squad   68 x 88     128 x 178
Pitfall!     68 x 88

All Measurements are approximate, and given in Millimeters.

Am I missing any Cart Shape/Size Variants?
What Size/Shape Carts do homebrewers use and/or prefer?
I also need to know about the different Manual Sizes.

I'm asking these questions so I can make SURE my Case Designs can support all of the ColecoVision and Intelli Games.
Any additional ColecoVision or Intelli-Related Info, that you think would help, is also welcome and appreciated.

I remember hearing something about a Double-Ender cart, but I can't find a link I saved last year...
