The Dangers of UGC trimming...(Discretion advised)

I want to find someone locally that can shave off those taps with ease. Any ideas what profession would have such tools that would make modding these boxes simple?

Handyman, plumber, re-modeler...
You could also try repair shops for appliances, or shops that cater to model trains, Remote Controlled Cars, and the like; something family owned, not a big box store.

This is why razor blades are not the best way to mod these cases. Dremels have a grip far enough away from a blade that you aren't likely to injure yourself.
