The Dangers of UGC trimming...(Discretion advised)
<< < (4/4)
wiggy:
I cut myself so deep in a printmaking class that I could see bone  :-[ thank god it was a clean cut so I didn't need stitches.

So, lessen number one when it comes to using sharp stuff, NEVER cut towards you or hand :P
dhennick99:
I was shaving away from my hand. Cutting towards those tricky tabs near the clasps where the boxes lock. The scraper went and flipped back onto my finger. It happened so fast. My kitchen looked like a murder took place. It bled for over 2 hours. You could see blood pumping out with my heart beat. Had to use some surgical gause, in the ER, to stop the bleeding. So it could be stitched.
Dr.Agon:
ouch!

sometimes im glad i cant get UGC's...
pumanchero:
This is precisely the reason that made me pick Scanavo 22mm DVD cases over UGC's for NES games... I don't like the idea of modding a case at all unless it is for a special or unique type of cartridge. Take care in the future fellow.
madrocsz:
Ive come close, several times, while modding UGC's. That said I have done so many I have it down to a science now lol.

It's a shame the new cases are a royal pain to cut (more flexible plastic) but the shiny sleeves make up for it I suppose.
