These are the Atari 5200 Game Cart Variants that I currently own:

Name                Cart Size   Manual Size
 1. Frogger         114 x 105
 2. Zone Ranger     114 x 104   80 x 177

 3. Kangaroo        114 x 104
 4. Wizards of Wor  114 x 113

All Measurements are approximate, and given in Millimeters.

Am I missing any Cart Shape/Size Variants?

What Size/Shape Carts do homebrewers use and/or prefer?

I also need to know about the different Manual Sizes, if there are any, for Atari 5200 Games.

I'm asking these questions so I can make SURE my 5200 Case Designs can support all of the 5200 Games.

Any additional Atari 5200-Related Info, that you think would help, is also welcome and appreciated.

There were only four other one off cases for Bounty Bob, Miner 2049er, Quest for Quintanna Roo and Meteorites.

All of the homebrews I've seen use the Atari branded cart as they are more readily available and cheaper to obtain than any of the others.

Thanks for the info.
Are Bounty Bob, Miner 2049er, Quest for Quintanna Roo, and Meteorites
the same height as any of the carts shown above?

Not sure about Bounty Bob or Meteorites as I do not own either. I would think, though that Bounty Bob and Miner 2049er use that came cart as they are from the same publisher.

Miner 2049er 4 1/4"
Quest 4 1/8"
