This is one I needed and while I couldn't find any good scans online I was able to completely recreate it using a Sega Genesis NHL 95 cover and some good pictures from an eBay auction.  So I wouldn't say this is 100% retail as there are some minor differences but it's as close as I could get it.

This is a quick and dirty cover I made because I needed it.  It's not bad but I could have done some more work on the back to make it better.  Either way, it's a good place holder and prints out fine.

Just picked up this game and needed a cover for it.  There is one on the site but it's more of a custom based off the EU box with a custom back.  I made this NTSC version based off some scans I found online.  It's not 100% perfect but came out pretty good.

Another game I got recently that needed a cover.  There is one on the site but the back is custom and I wanted something close to retail.  This is an ok place holder for now but it was created using what I could find online and not the greatest quality.  The spine is retailish but not 100% correct.

I'm pretty happy with how this one turned out.  I recently got this game and needed a cover for it.  There is one on the site but it's pretty low quality.  I was able to find some pretty decent scans online and was able to put together a pretty good cover.  The back has been completely rebuilt.

Got this game imported from Germany and needed a cover.  It was a European exclusive and there wasn't much out there for scans.  I completely remade the bade and used what I could find for the front.  It's a little blurry but should print out out.

This one is OK at best.  I had to do a lot of manipulation with some photos to try and make this cover.  If anything, it should be an ok cover until someone makes one with real scans.
