Merry Christmas, everyone! This is the first time I'm posting new covers on Christmas Day! I look forward to Christmas every year. When the whole family gets together, it feels like a family reunion. We eat a nice big feast and open up our presents. I'm a teenager at heart and I'm always excited during the holidays. Here is my present to everyone here on The Cover Project. I bring you two brand new Game Boy Advance covers the site doesn't have. Rayman: Raving Rabbids was requested by tjwisteard. I was surprised when I found out it was requested on September 3, 2015. I was very stoked when I found a complete copy of Masters of the Universe: He-Man: Power of Grayskull at Portland Retro Gaming Expo this year. That's the 2nd cover I made. On eBay, the lowest price for a complete copy is $65 or best offer. At the expo, I got it for $15. Many times, you can find games for lower prices at expos. The most important thing is to look around and see if you can find a lower price on a game you want. There are so many choices that it's overwhelming. You all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I'll be back with more covers in 2018!

Hi, guys! Did you miss me? I missed all of you. Your portable cover master is back with 6 more Game Boy covers. How is that for the new year 2018?

It took me quite some time to do these. I'm very excited to share my first six Game Boy covers for the new year. I would like to give a big shout out to Bear78. Good job on those two original Game Boy covers. Keep those covers coming! When I was working on the cover for The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, I noticed Gandalf on the front. That made me think of a funny Yo Mama joke I saw on YouTube. Yo Mama so old, she knew Gandalf before he had a beard. That joke cracks me up every time. Be sure to check back often. Hey, guys! I'm back with 4 more covers. It's the E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial trilogy! There are 3 on Game Boy Color and 1 on Game Boy Advance. I noticed that all of my last covers made it to the main site except The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. If there is something wrong with that cover, please let me know and I'll fix it. The Cover Project doesn't have that cover and needs it. I noticed a lot of new Famicom covers are now on the main site. That is great! The site needs more Japanese covers. I think Shadowfox said that he plans to make Famicom cases. I would like to say thank you to fiatbravodriver for sharing raw scans. That helps a lot. I also wrote down tgmg's request for The Smurfs' Nightmare on Game Boy Color. Hey, gamers! What's up? I have another trilogy available for everyone. Many people have requested these covers. The main site also doesn't have them. I bring you the Arcade Classic trilogy on original Game Boy. Being in an arcade mood, I decided to buy all four games and make the covers. I never owned these as a kid, but, I remember seeing them at Sears in the early '90s. It brings back fond childhood memories. I played a lot of these games in the arcades growing up. When I tested these games on the Super Game Boy, I liked the custom borders that resemble the original arcade machines. Donkey Kong also had a custom border that resembled the Donkey Kong arcade machine. I think it's really neat how Nintendo did that. Let's get our quarters and head down to the arcade! Ha ha ha! If you don't want to, that's okay. At least you don't need quarters to play these Game Boy versions. Ha ha ha! I'm so thankful classic arcades are being preserved in the modern day. Here in my hometown of Sacramento, California, we have Coin-Op Game Room in downtown. There is High Scores Arcade as well as Pacifica Pinball Museum in Alameda. I have been to both places twice. There is some kind of barcade in San Francisco. My brother-in-law told me about it. I haven't been there yet. San Francisco also has a place with lots of pinball machines called Free Gold Watch. I will check this place out someday too. However, my most favorite arcade is Ground Kontrol Classic Arcade in Portland, Oregon. They are expanding their arcade. I wonder how big the arcade will be once the expansion is done. Well, I better let you guys go so you can case up all your arcade classics. Happy gaming!
