I think the best place is Nintendo themselves. https://store.nintendo.com/ng3/browse/productDetailColorSizePicker.jsp?productId=prod10460 If you buy sets of 5 it works out to $1.40 a case. IIRC you cant order more than 25 a day or something like that.

Hey, gamers! What's up? It's been a very long time since I did a Game Boy Color cover. I also noticed there's not very many Game Boy Color covers on the main site. I guess there's not enough love for Game Boy Color. Well, I'm here to expand it. I've only done two Game Boy Color covers so far. Here's my newest and brand new Game Boy Color cover.
