Great deal u got there just the green DMG's will cost u that much to buy alone... and the games are just profit......

65 pretty good deal, especially since you said you should make some profit. Some pretty solid titles there.

Yeah, my gut said it was a pretty decent deal.  Didn't know whether the GameBoys themselves worked or not when I bought the lot, but I thought there as at least $50 worth of games there, so if even one of the systems worked, it'd even out nicely.  When I got them home and started testing, it turned out that all four systems worked great.  Perfect sound and not a single dead pixel line.  My buyer already agreed to a price on the the set of three customized DMGs so there'll be a real nice profit and free games for me.  Can't really beat that.  :)

I do the same all the time buy lots keep the games and sell the consoles or handhelds. that's one of the best ways to start a collection.. also even if they didn't work you could had still make some money on then the color versions of the original gameboy are hard time already and u can just easily swap the shells to a working unit... besides original gameboys can really take a beating.. i have probably somewhere around 20+ of them and they all work or only needed minimal repair to work. the handheld built now don't last for &^%$. broken hinges, screens not responding.. ect.

Don't worry, I'll keep you in mind should I ever get a paypal account somehow.

I just received metroid prime trilogy brand new from amazon for 61.99
I was very leery of this until it was in my hands, but must have just been a pricing mistake.
Also, all the working designs sega cd games.

Win, I scored like that from amazon ironically on a working designs sega cd game. Had popful mail listed for 35$ like new... was like um, ok. Came in perfect condition

That said, working designs in general was pricey to collect for, glad I am done, the saturn stung

Dear lord, that is not the micro to go throwing away either :(

Of course that's what I'm down to; all the pricey models.  I need Mother 3, Pokemon center, FF4, light metallic blue, and then if I get really picky I need the Robot wars and Famicom player 2 faceplates.

I finally got a Sega Saturn! I never owned one as a kid, in fact I have never even played one before.
The whole lot was $55 shipped and I honestly don't know if that was a good deal or not but didn't care because I have had a hard time finding one at all. It didn't come with a power cord or AV cable but it seems to be the same as Dreamcast power cord and Genesis AV so i borrowed them from my other systems. Tested Street Fighter and it worked perfectly, but I haven't tried the other games yet.

Nice!  Also, it's a model 2 with the Japanese-style controllers. That's exactly what you would want from a Saturn :)
