thankfully I completed my gamecube collection over the past few years, random sales, craigslist finds etc. Some great and underrated games for that system. I could have probably saved during this sale but I know gamestops around me have been gamecube free for months

Yeah, Gamecube is without a doubt my largest(When counted individually) console library, sitting at just over 40 not counting the doubles I got yesterday.

Although if I factor in PS1 games, then my PS2 has the largest library at 60. Out of the 60, only about 35ish are PS2 games, so it is what it is.

I went to 5 Gamestops around me and none of them had any Gamecube games... I already have most of the games I really want but I love the Gamecube so I am always willing to pick up something I don't have if its cheap.

Did pick these up from my local flea market yesterday:

All NES games are CIB, all were $5 each
Liberty or Death CIB $16
Pirates of Dark Water CIB $10
Paper Mario $20
Spyro $4
Mega Max X6 missing manual $4

+1, It's sad that I have not collected some games simply because there was no box art on this site, I am trying to get rid of all my loose carts as is.

Nice little pick-up for me this weekend.  Went looking for three original GameBoy systems to customize for a customer and stumbled upon a sweet little box full of GameBoy goodness.

It was tucked in the corner on a table in an out of the way booth at one of the local Flea Markets.  They didn't have any other video game items aside from these.

Some of the games are a little rough with names written on them, damaged labels, and price stickers from some bygone game shop.  But, best of all, all four of the systems work perfectly.

Gonna keep most of the games for myself because before this find, my GameBoy collection consisted of exactly zero games.

Seller was asking $100 for the box.  In a rare feat of social interaction for me, I was able to talk them to to $65 on the lot.  Not sure how good a deal that was, but it seemed pretty good to me.  Once the GameBoys are all cleaned and customized, I'll be able to make a nice profit on those and still have a great start to my own GameBoy collection with a bunch of games basically for free.

65 pretty good deal, especially since you said you should make some profit. Some pretty solid titles there.

Yeah, my gut said it was a pretty decent deal.  Didn't know whether the GameBoys themselves worked or not when I bought the lot, but I thought there as at least $50 worth of games there, so if even one of the systems worked, it'd even out nicely.  When I got them home and started testing, it turned out that all four systems worked great.  Perfect sound and not a single dead pixel line.  My buyer already agreed to a price on the the set of three customized DMGs so there'll be a real nice profit and free games for me.  Can't really beat that.  :)
