January 2013 pickups

I just spent $70...more than I have ever spent on a single game...used....on a copy of Earthbound. I finally have a copy...though I am a tad bit paranoid..

That's pretty good considering it goes for $150-$200 now. Even if you don't like it you easily double your $$

I enjoy the game, I am simply replacing a game that was stolen years ago. Damn you Smash Brothers, EB would be cheaper if it wasn't for you.

Just put it in a UGC in a lockbox and chain it to the shelf. Paranoia obliterated. ;D
And not to add to the paranoia, but if you got it online, make sure you open it up and check if it's a reproduction masquerading as the real thing - Earthbound is one of only a few NTSC SNES games that I've seen get pirated before...

THAT is why I am paranoid...the piracy. The game is going on my shelf and played.
I have seen a number of SNES games get pirated from Final Fantasy II and III to Super Mario All Stars+Super Mario World.
