200 is pretty much going rate these days, and its also hard to find one in good condition etc so I would say well worth it. Grats, I know it was the crowning achievement for my saturn collection as that system has so many good yet expensive titles

Yeah it was pricey but considering they are going for $250-$300 on eBay I was ok with the price.  It really is a cool game and looks sooo good for a Saturn game.  Just need to get Panzer Dragoon II now...

EDIT, thats the other thing, it was really nice being able to find this locally and not having to risk any kind of shipping.

Yeah local is awesome, I actual bought mine on ebay some time back but lucked out and the seller lived in the same city lol, went and picked it up next day.

Should be able to score Panzer Dragoon II for pretty cheap, its when you start going for the rpg's, mainly the working designs ones, it starts to add up quick

Yeah, I got a couple (Dragonforce, Shining the Holy Arc, and Albert Odyssey) which I also got off Craigslist for pretty good prices.  Overall I got a pretty small Saturn collection (16 games) but that is mostly because I haven't really been working on it.  Got a good start on some of the rarer stuff though :P

I also recently got the big box version of Nights into Dreams... for $40.  The cardboard box was not sealed but the game was sealed and the controller was brand new and still bundled up.  I have left it as is for now... I am not against opening games to play but it's kind of cool having it more or less new.

Picked this up off of Craigslist today for $200.  CIB and the discs look like they were hardly used.  Guy said he never played it as it wasn't really his thing, just had it for his Saturn collection.

i am so glad i got this cheap near the end of the saturns life lol

That copy of Nights was most likely entirely brand new. The box was never sealed onI those in any way ;)

Also glad I grabbed Panzer Saga new when it came out. These prices are getting crazy :(

I most definitely have my regrets about some games now. I remember I got a new copy of earthbound one xmas, immediately opened it and threw box away, ended up trading game and guide away for some baseball cards or something later on. I then remember getting it again complete from a video store when they were selling older stuff, traded it for magic cards.

Could kick myself now but content with cart only =)

No kidding. I have yet to find a copy of Sonic 3 in the wild (I refuse to pay eBay prices for most stuff) and I had it as a kid as well as MUSHA which I now regret not having as it is going to cost me a fortune to get back.

Decided to go on a club nintendo shopping spree.

Got a second Gold nunchuck for my wii / wii-u

Went over to ebay and got a few premium rewards:

Got a second playing card deck (found a guy who had it for under $15 and since I dont wanna play with my set I felt it was worth it)

Picked up the Premium reward Mario Hat (the year they did this it was the hat or Doc Lewis's Punchout download, I got the dlc)

And all the way from club nintendo japan, A mario 8-bit stuffed throw pillow. (its in the shape of the character, figured this would look good in my man cave.)

You could easily create a good gamecube library of about 30-40, depending on how you distribute multiplats, like Viewtifule Joe and post-Sonic Heroes Sonic games. Plenty of 3rd party exclusives, though I notice, such as Sonic Gems, Billy Hatcher, and the ever wonderful Super Monkey Ball series.
