| Need help identifying adapter that I need |

So I'm at my mother in law's house and I found a wired Guitar Hero 2 Explorer Controller for the Xbox 360 that she's letting me have. However, the end part of the cable is round. I believe it's missing the other really short adapter that goes from the round part to USB, kind of like the original Xbox controllers. (really stupid design flaw if you ask me, these things go missing like crazy) What do I call this adapter so I can order an extra one online? |

It's not really an adapter; the cords are designed this way so that if someone trips on them or something similar happens to pull them away from the system the cord "breaks away" at this point instead of damaging the cord or port on the system (especially if pulled at an odd angle, likely in a tripping incident) OR pulling the system and making it fall or scratch the discs (even slightly moving a 360 when the disc is spinning is a BIG NO NO) There's no reason why this part of the cord should go missing. It should always be kept with the controller. |
