I got a intact copy of "Black Dahlia" PC game (its a GOOD FMV game)...it does run in Windows 7...almost. The colors are all screwed up and moving around the room glitches, forcing the scene of the character asking you not to make him dizzy, to occur. It does come with all 8 CDs, but no box or instructions.
My LPs Channel. Currently playing Legend of Zelda: Windwaker HD, Metal Gear Solid 2, and Resident Evil 2.

Are you opposed to an, um, non-official copy?

Not exactly, but I was planning on getting an official copy down the line anyways. I'm stuck with Elements right now so it's either ask someone to ungroup the templates, or make my own.

Have you tried running it in compatibility mode? I've had problems running Roller Coaster Tycoon before, but doing that and disabling visual themes fixed it.
(I'm pretty sure RCT is newer though, so I'm not 100% sure it it will work with your game...)

putting it in compatibility mode just messes with mouse support.

I'd like to get Windows 7, because it supports a lot more than 4 GB. My newer computer's board supports up to 8 GB, but XP isn't reading more than 3.25 GB for me. I'm also a Photoshop junkie with an interest in video editing, so more RAM is essential for those.

4GB is fine for both of those things.

Got a lot of sweet tools from my dad. My mom gave me money, DVDs and and some old Russian medals.

I got enough money to where I think I'm just going to buy Earthbound.
What are you looking at? You think baby's don't like video games? THEN YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT BABIES!!

@wiggy

I opened it as soon as I saw it lol.

To review it sorta, it feels solid but can tell its made out of cheaper materials, don't see it breaking or anything, pretty light weight.
I tested 20 or so games, from different chipsets etc the ONLY one that refuses to work is Mario RPG (which is a known issue with these things)
Sound could be better, speakers are a bit sub-par however screen is actually quite dern good.

Charge holds for 5 or so hours so it says, havent played it that long to tell.

Also, no low battery indicator so best save often lol

The sound is hit or miss based on what I've read.  I think there are solutions, but don't quote me on that.
