Honestly it would be great if it could be the PS1 japanese version cover for the front



Maybe using the japanese Sega Saturn version cover art for the back?

Looking back I guess I might have been abit unclear. By back art being the same as the Saturn, I just mean giant monster and sub sections, not the entire saturn banner  

Of course anything would be cool. Would just be glad to have a replacement DVD cover for the game.

Thanks alot, sorry for the late reply, came down with a bad case of the flu so i've been outta commission for awhile. They both look excellent, but i'll most likely go with the second one, since its got game details as well. Its 100% what I imagined the combined cover to look like. 

Mel's actually looks kinda cool too, so hopefully all 3 get linked in the listings for the rest of the site to download.
