Anyone able to help me with Nintendo-mania

Can anyone help me design nintendo mania is CSS style kinda like the tcp I wanna have a download section on the side bar and have the different covers available for download. I can email the CSS for the site now to anyone who is willing to help.

I spent 30 bucks and I want the download section working too so we can host the covers that are not for here = Repro covers.
Mediafire is OKish, but bit unstable.
